RETURN POLICY

 

All sales are final; no returns or refunds are accepted, except in cases of shipping damage. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days with a description of the damage, photographs of the damaged item and packaging, and your order number. We will assess the damage, and if confirmed, we will replace the damaged item. In the event that you receive a damaged original painting, we will be happy to discuss your options, which may include receiving a replacement painting or a full refund. Items that have been tampered with, altered, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
